Dr. Nita Mosby Tyler is the Chief Catalyst and Founder of The Equity Project, LLC – an organization designed to support organizations and communities in building diversity, equity and inclusion strategies. She is the former Senior Vice President and Chief Inclusion Officer for Children’s Hospital Colorado – the first African American woman to hold that position in the organizations 100+ year history. She is also the former Executive Director of the Office of Human Resources for the City and County of Denver – the first African American woman to hold that position in the 63+ year history of the agency. Dr. Mosby Tyler, is the lead author of the DEI Today platform.
Regan Byrd is an award-winning anti-oppression activist, speaker, and trainer who has trained dozens of organizations on anti-oppression and allyship, including the Colorado Mid-Wives Association, the Sierra Club, the Colorado Democratic Party, YWCA of Boulder County, and Denver Public Schools. Regan has served as the morning keynote speaker for the DU Women’s Conference in 2017, the afternoon keynote for the 2018 League of Women Voters annual conference, and was a trainer at the 2018 White Privilege Symposium in Denver. She participated in various expert panels on topics ranging from critical race theory, to the history of police, to housing justice.

Mariam (Mo) Abdullah is the Founder of Culture Energized and an experienced certified trainer and entrepreneur. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Mo has worked with over 60 schools and organizations across the U.S in creating positive culture through professional development trainings. In addition, she has over 5 years experience working in the education and non profit sector servicing over 2,500 students, teachers and professionals on social emotional learning, group management and youth leadership. With her electrifying facilitation style, she has been able to impact diverse groups of people while shining light on the issues that matter!
Brenda Herrera Moreno (she| her| hers), born in Mexico City, but partially raised in India, traveled the world, middle school in South Carolina, high school in Wales, and college in Massachusetts, Brenda identifies as a queer transnational woman of color. After Hampshire College, Brenda experienced diverse roles in advocacy and community engagement. Currently, Brenda is the Founder and Lead Facilitator of In.Visible Paradigms, an organization on a mission to awaken and deepen the role of white allies/accomplices in the work of anti-oppression to collectively disrupt white supremacy.
Alaina (she/her/hers) works at the intersection of equity, tech, and digital accessibility, with a focus and passion for education. Megan Abman (She/Her) lives with the purpose of inspiring confidence and empowerment. With her background in neuroscience and organizational psychology, she is passionate about strategically problem-solving challenges at the organizational and individual level to help foster an inclusive and equitable working experience for all. She is a serial entrepreneur most recently co-founding Strata RMK Consulting after serving as Chief Diversity Officer for a 430 person tech company in Denver.
UB has a passion for helping #PEOPLEMATTER. He has a clear perspective of the good, bad and ugly of how companies are being built. Surviving workplace violence and his Latino background help define that perspective. As such, he is an advocate for people safety and happiness. He thrives in helping people overcome internal obstacles to be better humans to themselves and others.
As an advocate he helps companies attract, hire and develop more inclusive and diverse talent. He speaks about the future of work and building inclusive companies. Through his work as Founder and CEO of Breaking the Bias, and now interviewIA, he strives to help people understand their own biases as individuals and as a team to build more inclusive workplaces.
Gamal Palmer is Principal at Diversity Gym, who is a corporate team diversity, leadership, and inclusion consultant. A powerhouse in working with leaders and teams by helping them increase communication, outputs and empathy as skillset, .
A graduate of Yale, student of Oxford University with a strong background in organizational leadership and inclusion, Palmer has worked with hundreds of leaders, executives, and CEOs to help them diversify their teams, and increase effectiveness and collaboration. He’s worked with large-scale businesses and non-profits including Sempra Energy, The Federation of Greater Los Angeles and Kaiser Permanente to name a few. Niki graduated from the University of Denver with degrees in Jazz Flute and Strategic Communications, and has worked with companies in both San Francisco (her hometown) and in Denver.
Katerina Jeng (she/her) is an inclusive marketing consultant, activist, and creative entrepreneur. As the Strategic Director of Spectacle Marketing, she helps businesses build authentic communities through genuine connection, two-way dialogue, and inclusive content. She is also the co-founder of Slant'd, a collective of Asian Americans celebrating the journey of self discovery. In the past, Katerina has worked at well-known tech giants like Yahoo and Flickr, consulted for startups across California and Colorado, and earned her Bachelors of Arts in English & Music from Cornell University.

Karen Fleshman, Esq. is an activist, attorney, and single soccer mom. In 2014 she founded Racy Conversations to inspire the antiracist generation. She facilitates workshops on inclusive leadership, unconscious bias, microaggressions, allyship and sexual harassment in workplaces nationwide. She is the author of White Women We Need to Talk: Doing Our Part to End Racism, to be published by Sounds True in 2021.
